Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Registering or attempting to register more than one Account — whether under the same identity, a different name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. kb111 will suspend all associated accounts and may permanently ban the player from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must keep your login credentials, password, and withdrawal PIN strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party. kb111 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If odds, payouts, or game results are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or human error on kb111's part, kb111 reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate affected wagers at the correct odds or to void the affected wagers entirely. Players may not exploit obvious pricing errors.

Sports betting markets offered on kb111 — including PSL, international cricket, UFC, and football — are governed by the specific market rules published within the sports betting section of the Platform. kb111 follows standard international sports betting settlement rules for all major markets, with PSL-specific rules applied during the Pakistan Super League season.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kb111 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all Balance and Bonus Balance, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one Account or registering using false identity information.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without kb111's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kb111 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

kb111 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers may temporarily affect Platform availability. kb111 will make reasonable efforts to minimise such disruptions and to notify players in advance of planned maintenance where practicable.
